Warranty

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you discover a defect or damage on the delivered goods, you must contact us as soon as possible by email.
Please submit a declaration about the defect of the item.
If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will refund the price paid by you. If you would prefer repair or replacement of the goods please contact us and we will arrange replacement. Please do not ship your goods to us without prior authorisation.

This warranty does not cover expenses incurred due to lack of proper care, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party for the products which we supply. Please see our caring for amber page for more information.
