We offer a 30-days money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable then first notify us by email stating the reason for the return. Any items MUST be send back complete with jewellery packaging with any enclosed documentation, Amber Baltico Return Notice and received by us within 14 working days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your returned items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. Returned items should be unused and unworn, clean, undamaged.
In the event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods (again with complete jewellery packaging) providing they are returned within 30 days of you receiving them. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
When changing to another product the customer is right to return a product similar to the total return - 30 days, in original packaging, etc.
A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to customer at his expense.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. We pay the lowest price from our "Shipment fares" schedule.
NOTE: Returns and exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method).
ALL items must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip. Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless the item is faulty.

Once your order has been checked and accepted we will issue your refund within 7 days.
We guarantee all of our products for defects (unless otherwise stated) for 24 months from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by the misuse of an item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
